What is Marigold Soft Orchard Grass?

Marigold Soft Orchard Grass blends soft-cut Orchard Grass with Calendula officinalis (marigold) for rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, and other small herbivores.

The botanical addition supports enrichment and foraging behavior, while the soft Orchard Grass base is easy on teeth and digestion.

Is marigold (Calendula) safe for my rabbit or guinea pig?

Calendula officinalis petals are a common botanical treat for small herbivores and are included here as a minor color and foraging add-in to soft orchard grass.

As with any new food, introduce it gradually and watch for any reaction. This is a treat and enrichment topper, not a substitute for your pet's regular free-choice hay.

How much can I feed, and how often?

A small handful a few times a week to daily is plenty as an enrichment topper. Keep unlimited grass hay (Timothy or Orchard) available as your pet's everyday base.

Is there a Timothy version of Marigold hay?
